We deliver all across mainland UK and all European Union countries.

How long will it take to get my package?

We deliver within 5 working days from date of order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place an order without an account.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item you want is currently out of stock, you can send us your email address and we will send you an email when the item comes back in stock.

When I place items in my basket are they reserved for me?

Items are not reserved when placed in your basket. Stock is only allocated to you when you have completed your purchase from the checkout. Items will remain in your basket if you place them there and come back later, but we can’t guarantee that they won’t sell out in the meantime.

Can I use my coupon code online?

All of our discount codes can be used on online purchases. Received a coupon code by email or SMS? These contain codes for shopping online.

How can I amend/cancel an order?

If you change your mind about an order, or would like to cancel an existing order, please contact our sales team.

I have cancelled my order how long does it take for the payment to be returned?

It can take up to 48 hours for your payment to be refunded (Not including weekends or bank holidays).

I have received an email informing me of an issue with my order, what does this mean?

This can be caused by a number of different issues with an order, whilst we do try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we advise following the instructions given in the email.

Can I trade in my old computer/product?

Unfortunately this isn’t a service we currently offer.

When will I be charged if I pay by card?

For online orders, your card will be charged for items when your order is received.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Our helpful sales team are able to provide you with any pre-sales or technical information. Unfortunately we aren’t able to take your order or payment details over the phone.

I have received an email informing me you are awaiting payment?

If you have a received an email informing you that we are awaiting payment this means your previous attempt to make payment has failed. We would require you to access our website and make payment.

How to reduce the risk of authorisation being refused by your card issuer?

  • Double check all details entered
  • Ensure your card is registered to the billing address
  • If you place a high-value order we suggest you advise the bank beforehand

How do I return an item?

Returning an item is really easy. You can return it by contacting our Customer Service Team to arrange a return to our main distribution centre.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

If you’re returning an item to us by post, you will need to cover the cost for postage and packaging.
